It's A Beautiful Morning

Good Morning Everyone. It's a bright, sunny, glorious Monday over here at the Bird's Nest. Everyone is finally, finally better. Which makes me feel like a kid on Christmas morning. Kind of like this one:

      Thanks Johanna. You know that entire purple laundry basket (sitting in front of her) was full of toys, but all Frankie cared about was that purple Furby!

      Tammy- that stinking Furby is as crazy as my kid, and that's saying something. She runs around the house speaking "Furbish" now. It's nuts. But a ton of fun!!

    Is this the 'infamous' purple furby. The one you risked life and limb to get. The one your younger daughter was gonna hurt that jerk over. I'm still laughing over that particular post. So glad to see her so excited.

      LOL-Oh yeah- this is the "infamous" purple furby that we almost came to fistacuffs in the Barnes & Noble over. She loves it so much, it was worth all the aggravation.

    I love seeing this. I wish I got that happy over anything these days. Okay, that sounds depressing, but really I just mean that as an adult I don't "freak out" as often as I should over good things. :)

    Also, yes, like faraway mentioned, all I could think of was the story with the rude guy who ran off before your daughter could whoop him.

      I understand exactly what you mean. Doing things with my kids has somehow re-sparked my enthusiasm for them, because seeing things through their eyes, is like seeing them again yourself for the first time, amazing!

      And yes, I hope that dude lives to a ripe old age, knowing that he ran from the threats of a ten year girl, what a tool!!
